Innovative Senior Care provides rehabilitation and wellness services to our residents. Our ISC clinicians have the privilege of helping our residents to lead safer, healthier and more independent lives. Our therapists proactively identify resident needs through our Care3SM Wellness screenings and educate our residents on the importance of wellness through health talks and other voluntary fitness programs. Our goal, at Innovative Senior Care, is to prevent pain and disability by promoting programs of functional independence and overall fitness at any age.
